Sunrise’s Tadasoft-20 is designed to have a faster onset of action compared to traditional Tadalafil pills. Offered in a soft chewable format, it allows for swift absorption, enabling the medication to take effect more rapidly than a standard pill. Users can expect the effects of Tadasoft-20 to be noticeable in approximately 15 minutes, while Cialis or Pfizer’s Tadalift pills typically require about 1 to 1.5 hours. This quick action facilitates spontaneous sexual activity without prolonged waiting times for the medication to work.
MECHANISM OF ACTION
To understand how Tadasoft-20 (Tadalafil, 20mg) works, it is essential to recognize the process involved in achieving an erection.
During sexual arousal, signals are transmitted from the brain to the penis, prompting the release of specific chemicals and enzymes that relax the smooth muscles in the penis. Normally, these muscles are tense, restricting blood flow. When they relax, increased blood flow into the penis leads to an erection.
An enzyme known as PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) is responsible for the loss of an erection, as it breaks down the enzymes released during sexual arousal and erection. This process returns the smooth muscles to their constricted state, resulting in blood leaving the penis and the loss of the erection.
Tadalafil acts as a PDE5 inhibitor. By blocking the action of PDE5, it prevents the breakdown of erection-maintaining enzymes, allowing the erection to last longer. Consequently, this enables individuals to have sexual activity and intercourse for an extended period.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Tadasoft-20 is available by prescription and is utilized in treating erectile dysfunction, a condition where men struggle to achieve or maintain an erection for successful sexual intercourse. A diagnosis of erectile dysfunction is made when the problem occurs regularly rather than occasionally.
DOSAGE GUIDELINES
The usual starting dose for Tadasoft-20 is 10mg before sexual activity. If this dose does not yield satisfactory results, it may be increased to 20mg taken once daily before sexual activity. It is important not to combine Tadasoft-20 with other erectile dysfunction medications like Sildenafil citrate (Viagra).
