For beginners: A 6-week cycle, starting with 50mg of Oxymetos daily in the first week, then increasing to 100mg daily for the remainder of the cycle. Be aware that about 70% of the gained weight may be lost, but results can vary based on individual response to the drug.

For experienced users: A 10-week regimen, consisting of the first seven weeks on Sustanon 350 at 750mg per week combined with Oxymetos at 150mg daily, followed by three weeks of Dianabol at 30-50mg daily alongside Propionate at 400mg weekly to help maintain results.
